Privacy Policy: The only personal information that we collect is information that you give us when you register and purchase our inventory. We use that information to service your account at Sector 2337. When you register at the site, we ask for certain basic information to service that account: name and e-mail address. If you decide to make a purchase, we then ask you for your shipping and billing addresses, phone number and payment information. We never rent, sell, give away, or otherwise misuse your name and e-mail address. In addition, any promotional emails you receive from Sector 2337 will always allow you to unsubscribe to future email promotions if you decide to do so at a later date.

Returns: If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise to us directly within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Some items are non-returnable and will be marked as such. We do not refund original or return shipping charges and return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery. Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. All sale merchandise will be accepted for store credit only and must be returned within 10 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please include a copy of your receipt inside the package. Sector 2337 is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Sector 2337’s sole discretion. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged in any way.

Shipping Policy: Orders will be processed within 7 business days of their receipt. Sector 2337 accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed. All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Domestic orders are shipped through the United States Post Office. The cost of shipping is determined by weight. Orders may take up to 14 days to arrive. If you require something overnight, please contact us directly at info@sector2337.com to make arrangements. International orders are shipped USPS International Parcel Post. Generally international orders will be received within 10 – 20 business days, although certain destinations may take longer. All duties related to Customs/VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping is non-refundable and paid for by the customer. By default all shipments are uninsured. Sector 2337 does not assume liability for loss.
